Helm Management Level (Operational & Management Level)

This course is designed to provide deck officers and maritime professionals with the theoretical knowledge and practical understanding required for effective helm order execution, bridge teamwork, and vessel maneuvering at both operational and management levels in accordance with STCW requirements.
